- This package accommodates one dog weighing up to 15 kg or one cat with no weight limit. An additional fee of NT$1,650 per pet applies for each additional furry guest, including a pet welcome gift.
- All pets must be registered under the Pet-Friendly Stay Package. The hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to pets if the package has not been booked.
- Pets may move freely on the floor inside guest rooms, in the ecological garden, and on outdoor terraces. In other public areas, pets must either be carried or kept on a leash. In restaurants, pets must remain in a pet stroller or carrier.
- Pet owners are required to sign the Pet Accommodation Agreement before check-in to help ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for all guests.
- Reservations for this package must be made at least 3 days before arrival.
- During peak periods, including Lunar New Year and national holidays, the hotel allows a maximum of two pets throughout the property to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all guests.
